  Nice flowers, bad service. Sorry guys, please use this as constructive criticism.
  
  I would not recommend this florist, my daughter sent me flowers and added a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates to the order for Mothers day.
  
  Delivery Wednesday late afternoon, I leave to go abroad NEXT DAY Thursday.
  Although, my telephone number was on every item delivered at no time was I contacted. WHY.?
  
  I opened the chocolates and they were all melted inside the box and the wine is a clean skin, the cheapest you can get. When I call to complain about the chocolates, the worse part is the customer service, when the person on the other side of phone can not deal with an unhappy person.
  Lesson 1 - the customer is always right.
  Lesson 2 - It doesn't hurt to apologise for your fault.
  Lesson 3 - listen to what the customer has to say - without butting in and being on the defensive.
  Lesson 4 - It doesn't take a rock scientist to establish why chocolates melt in a box. Wrong answer you just don't know how it has happened !!!! It happens right !!!! just apologise. ALL THAT WAS NEEDED WAS " I'M SORRY FOR THAT, WE CAN PUT IT RIGHT."
  I am a business owner myself and I realise things go wrong. But if you can not deal with a complaint your business is in trouble. Good feedback goes a long way to a thriving business. Bad feed back can ruin your business, wise up..
